Trevis, Eduardo and Peter are excellent people, kind and helpful. We had a small issue at the moment of the check in but they promptly solved it in an extremely kind and professional manner. Definitely recommend to stop by this hotel if u are around Union City. Commuting to NYC is only 30 minutes on public transports. Thank u for everything!

Anyone that complains about this place is trippin. Have had awful stays at $400 hotels in nyc... had a great stay. No bugs, no drama. Peaceful and pleasant.

To start off super content with the customer service I had received from Peter! Super helpful informing me with the check out, rates and other questions I had asked. Super clean hotel/motel located downtown of Union City NJ. Super convenient to explore Union City if interested, there are some Spanish food restaurants, shopping stores, and the list goes on. The bedroom is located in the 3rd floor, bedroom has tv, ac, small window and stand in shower. Bedroom was decent for it’s one night stay price less then $100. Highly recommend if you’re in the Hudson County Area , Super Easy commute to NYC and the Lincoln Tunnel.

Great place to stay for visiting the city. Located close to many shops and bus stations. Cute interior. Rooms are tiny but when traveling on a budget it's no problem.

Totally recommend! Really good hotel, everything is clean and have all the amenities you will need. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is great. Peter was really kind and helped us with good tips of places to see and visit. New York is just 20 minutes away by bus, the bus stops right at the corner and there are busses all night and all day. Next to the hotel there are a lot of shops, restaurants, and supermarkets that are cheaper than in New York. On my next trip I will be coming back to Central hotel for sure.

Whether you're interested in shopping, dining, or sightseeing, everything is just steps away.The room itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. Additionally, the amenities provided were top-notch, from the luxurious toiletries to the complimentary Wi-Fi.One aspect of the Central Hotel that truly stood out to me was the level of service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to assist with any requests or questions I had, and their genuine hospitality made me feel right at home.Overall, I cannot recommend the Central Hotel highly enough. Whether you're visiting New York for business or pleasure, this hotel is the perfect choice for a memorable and enjoyable stay. I will certainly be returning on my next trip to the city.

I feel very lucky I found this unique hotel as I was walking around Union City one day. The staff was very welcoming and the location was steps away from buses to jersey city and NYC. Coffee shops, restaurants and stores very near too. But most of all was the kind staff, the clean rooms, the various options to stay there, and the other tenants I met were great people!

Perfect hotel for a short stay in NYC. Located in a nice neighborhood, lots of food options, and quick bus trip to Manhattan. Staff was nice, room was clean and with mini fridge and microwave! I will come again!

It merits its price. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very simple but clean and nothing bad if you do not put high expectations. Its main advantage is that it is very accessible to NY city and particularly to Penn station by bus(-es). I am not sure about the neighborhood: the criminal rate is lower than median in the US, but I preferred to return before the late evening.

An excellent hotel that left us with the most pleasant impressions! The main advantage is that it is only 20 minutes from Manhattan, which is very convenient for those who want to enjoy New York without long trips. I would especially like to note the work of the administration. When it became necessary to extend our stay, and almost all the rooms were occupied, they met us halfway and found the best option. The rooms are cozy, equipped with everything you need: the refrigerator and microwave became a real salvation. The reception staff is always polite and responsive, special thanks to Peter for his help and care!
